Hello,
Been having an issue where I mail and attach an item and the receiver says its empty that they dont see anything attached, the same thing has happened to me when they have mailed me items, i found going to the mail main page and clicking retrieve all sends it into ur inventory if theres room of course.

Hi, please check if your mailbox (RODEX) is full, delete the old mails. So the new mail will update on your RODEX.
